The academic world can be a lonely one, and the opportunity to personally consult and speak about mental health issues are, unfortunately, few. To help change this culture, we have developed a coaching and mentorship scheme. These sessions are flexible, and are there to fit the needs of the recipient(s). They can occur on an individual or group basis, covering topics ranging from the PhD process itself, through to mental health and psychological battles you may be facing. Fundamentally, these sessions are designed to help you interpret, understand and adapt from your experiences to put you in a better place than where you were before.
