We are passionate about supporting others to harness the power of their minds to navigate through turbulent, difficult and challenging times, to help them get their best out of their circumstance. To do so, we specialise in speaking and presenting these ideologies in small workshops and seminars, in-front of large auditorium size lectures theatres, and more recently, via online webinars. We have presented up and down the country, and have always received tremendous feedback. If you are interested in having us speak as part of your event (in whatever format) then contact us here.

QMUL EpiWebinar
We are delighted to be linking up with Queen Mary University of Londons Epigenetics group to deliver a talk on their current webinar series entitled: “The Importance of Maintaining Your Mental Health and Wellbeing: an academic perspective”. Our founder, Robert, will be presenting data, stats facts and figures on the prevalence and awareness of mental health in academia, before providing some first hand accounts of how these factors may manifest and affect us. He will then provide some of his own personally developed techniques for navigating the turbulent psychological path in higher education and will showcase a wide range of resources that may help those out there currently struggling.
This session has now finished. For those unable to attend, the webinar has been recorded and the mp4 file has kindly been shared by Queen Mary University of London Epigenetics.
